The hideaway paradise is at Cape Nelson in Oro Province some 80 miles due east of Kokoda. Experience local tribal villagers giving visitors an insight into indigenous culture through cultural activities. Expericence the orchids, birds and butterflies of the rainforest and lowland areas through guided bushwalks and outrigger safaris. Optional overnight stays in village guesthouses. Experience a boutique resort, nestled on top of a fjord with 180° panoramic views that is only accessible by sea or air. The reefs come up out of nowhere from a depth of about 600m with unreal visibility. Water temperatures average about 26-29C all year round. Optional activities include bat caving and deep sea fishing and WWII wrecks.
